Zeshan Traders – Clear & Fair Return Guidelines

At Zeshan Traders, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy under the conditions mentioned below.

Return Eligibility

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery
The product must be unused and in original condition
Original packaging must be intact
Proof of purchase (order details or invoice) is required

Damaged Products

If a customer wishes to return a product due to damage, the return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Important:
In case of product return due to damage, delivery / return charges will be paid by the customer.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable time
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit
Shipping charges are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. Such items will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
